Notice to all Ice Garden Customers:
Reconstruction Activities:

K-2 Engineering of Uniontown, PA has submitted plans to the PA Dept of Labor and Industry to reinforce The Gardens remaining four laminated trusses.

Werner Welding of Elizabeth, PA will fabricate a steel booting and strapping package to further establish structural integrity of the four trusses. This will enable Murph's Pub to reopen.

Also, General Industry has been awarded a contract to construct a pre-engineered steel building to replace the arena area destroyed in the February 14, 2010 roof collapse caused by a disproportionate snow load on the arena roof.

Krise Electric of Monessen, PA has been awarded the electrical work on this new pre-engineered building. It is presently anticipated that the Ice Garden will renew skating activity in September, 2010.
