The Ice Garden (The Garden) is the perfect site for your school trip or meeting. The Garden has a professional size ice skating surface, a Food Concession Stand, Pro Shop, full service restaurant (Murphy's Pub seats over 100 people) overlooking the ice surface, two banquet rooms (one seats 400 and the other 200 people) and arcade games. The banquet rooms are ideal for dances, proms, weddings, workshops, shows (craft, tool, home, etc.), Christmas parties, continuing professional education seminars, etc. Pub personnel provide catering in the rooms. Public skating hours are as follows: Monday through Friday 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday 7:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.Admission is $6.00 for children and $7.00 for adults. Skate rental is $2.00 for figure skates and $2.50 for hockey skates. Groups of ten or more receive $2.00 discount off the admission prices. There is no charge for those not skating. Big Daddy pizzas are seventeen inches wide by two-foot long (24 cuts) and cost $18.00 plain or $20.00 with a topping. Pitchers of pop (64 ounces) cost $3.00. The Garden has a special trip package of $7.00, which includes admission, skate rental (hockey or figure), a slice of pizza or a hot dog (organization has to let us know what item) and a 12 ounce pop. The trip package is $6.00 if you don't need skates or if your trip is during a weekday. Our normal weekday sessions are from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., but we can accommodate morning trips.
